KYIV — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated a Russian guided aerial bomb hit a blood transfusion heart within the city of Kupiansk in jap Kharkiv area late on Saturday.

“There are lifeless and wounded,” he stated on his Telegram channel. Reuters couldn’t instantly confirm the report. Kupiansk is a railway hub fewer than 10 miles from the entrance.

Zelensky stated rescue employees have been extinguishing a hearth on the scene and described the strike as a “warfare crime.” He didn’t say how many individuals have been killed or wounded.

Russia denies intentionally concentrating on civilians in a full-scale invasion that has killed 1000’s of individuals, uprooted hundreds of thousands and destroyed cities.
