Every week a panel of media members, horseplayers, and Breeders’ Cup World Championships officers launch a ballot tabulating their votes on the nation’s prime contenders for the 2023 Longines Breeders’ Cup Traditional at Santa Anita Park. For the sixth straight week, the chief within the rankings is Travers Stakes winner and Belmont Stakes introduced by NYRA Bets winner Arcangelo.
