Oak View Group CEO Tim Leiweke stated that his firm is now budgeting $10 billion for a possible lodge, gaming, and leisure district in Las Vegas after initially laying out $3 billion.

The group is hoping to construct a facility that may appeal to an NBA enlargement group.

OVG led the $1.15 billion rebuild of Local weather Pledge Area in Seattle, which can also be seen as a frontrunner for a future NBA enlargement group. 

“It helps while you stroll right into a room and say to them, ‘I don’t want your cash,’” Leiweke stated.

LeBron James is occupied with buying a group in Las Vegas.
