Biarritz have confirmed the signing of ex-Wales scrum-half Rhys Webb from Ospreys.

The 34-year-old is the newest recruit for a membership that completed eleventh within the French second division final season, becoming a member of England centre Jonathan Joseph.

Will probably be Webb’s second taking part in stint in France, having featured for Toulon between 2018 and 2020.
